Upon arrival the driveway gives access to a large open space for the private parking of many cars. The beautiful double door gives access to the living room with a fully open floor plan as such; family room, dining room for 10 and the kitchen with top quality appliances. Next to the kitchen you have the laundry room. CASA DEL VIENTO on the ground floor has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, of which two bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a queen bed – are connected by a shared bathroom, making them ideal for families.
Enjoy the tropical wind
The fifth bedroom, the bedroom suite is upstairs with a king-size bed; it has an open seating area for enjoying the 80-inch smart curved TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom, also with a television. The sliding doors give access to the large terrace and in words indescribable views of the ocean, the golf course, the California lighthouse and the nature reserve. Enjoy the tropical wind that brushes your face and what has happened to most visitors; they want to stay here!
Take a refreshing dip in the pool
For entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs equipped with Apple TV; the master bedroom and the living room also have a local cable TV and for your convenience all rooms are air-conditioned and the villa has fast Wi-Fi, including the outside space.
From the family / living room and one of the bedrooms you have direct access to the large open terrace, with the same breathtaking view of the ocean and you are a few steps from the pool. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or walk to the gazebo for an outdoor lunch, to read or to take a nap in the shade.
